Born in Western Australia, Janene Tomelty spent the early years of her career working as a nurse before entering the pharmaceutical industry at the age of 27. Running her own medical equipment business and working as a representative for various pharmaceutical companies over the next fifteen years, Janene went on to work for Allergan, the sole distributor of BOTOX®, in 2003.  

As a Clinical Specialist, Janene was responsible for training and educating the sales team and health professionals in the cosmetic application of BOTOX® and dermal fillers. She covered Australia and New Zealand extensively until 2008, when she left to work on her book, RELAX…IT’S ONLY BOTOX®.

Janene now uses her wealth of knowledge of the cosmetic industry for the benefit of others as a cosmetic advisor based in Sydney, and plans to continue writing about other cosmetic modalities.

A firm believer that looking good and feeling good go hand in hand, Janene feels that if you radiate an inner confidence and vitality then you are more likely to attract the right people and opportunities for a happy and successful life.
